KARHU AND LIKELIHOOD GO WESTERN FOR NEW COLLAB EDITORIAL

The partnership marks the first sneaker collab in the 5-year history of the Seattle-based store.

Finland’s Karhu and Seattle’s LIKELIHOOD come together to celebrate the originality of the Trampas, one of Karhu’s iconic styles. The Trampas is named after a cowboy and the show The Virginians and so the editorial for the collaboration celebrates the shoes’ deep Western heritage.

Known for being one of the original utility shoes, the Trampas was built to provide comfort, ease and style before the track and after the track. It is the ultimate in sports utility. For today, the Trampas is the one that takes us from the proverbial field of work by day to the dance hall or party by night. It is the one that expresses our individuality both in and out of the game.

Knowing this history, the LIKELIHOOD team wanted to create an editorial setting that put the Trampas in their element among the beautiful horses, rope ties, in the fields, with just the horses, the open land and the sun. Set in a farm in Bellingham, WA near the US-Canada border, the editorial shoot captures the feeling of the simple life among the horses on the open field.

The LIKELIHOOD Trampas is the ultimate in utility with reflective touches, durable, water-proof, premium suede and a color palette that would give substance to any outfit. “You notice the Trampas when you wear it,” says Aaron DelGuzzo of LIKELIHOOD, “but it doesn’t steal the show, so we chose the Trampas because we love the simplicity of the silhouette and because of its strength as the workhorse that it is.”

Social Marketing Campaign - 12 Days of Giftmas

In an effort to bolster the spirits of the first Covid-19 Christmas, we partnered with Key Bank to do a HUGE giveaway for 12 Days of Christmas (Giftmas). This campaign was comprised of gifting gift cards, opportunities to purchased highly coveted product and a chance to be refunded on select gifts each day of the 12.


Branded Hashtag

#InAllLikelihood - The first and most basic aspect of hashtag marketing is having your own branded hashtag. Be a part of the community that is a part of you and in this case, it needed to be created.
